    There’s so much movement we do throughout the day without being aware of it. Mindful movement refers to moving your body while placing your attention and focus on noticing and feeling what your body does throughout those movements. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting. In mindful movement we are practicing being aware of our whole body. This class is appropriate for all levels of ability. Chairs will be provided for those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. Bring a mat or towel if you plan to do poses on the floor.
