    Fitness is an important aspect of overall health. This class is a great alternative for those practitioners that have limited mobility. We will focus on healthy posture, breathing, and movement. There will be some standing movements, optional for those who are extremely limited in mobility. If you have fitness straps or small hand weights, these can be used in this practice as well.
